Are you a VW Type2 Trader that specialises in pop-tops, interior fitouts and specialist Type2 fitments? Perhaps you rent out VW campers - from Splitscreen to the latest T5 range. Then you need to register your interest for the most exciting event to hit the UK in a long time.

BusFreeze, the taller sister of DubFreeze, is a one day (Sunday) indoor and outdoor event that WILL attract thousands. Make no mistake. DubFreeze attracted a record crowd this year and the current trend in quality indoor VW shows from recognised organising teams suggest the VW scene has never been stronger, despite the current gloomy, but certainly improving, economic conditions.

ATTENTION TRADERS

If you require space to place a display vehicle as part of your trade space please order your trade form first and then contact the trade manager on the number given on the form. Unlike DubFreeze, BusFreeze will cater for exhibition vehicles (see green boxes on floorplan) as a result of moving the show and shine event outside and filling this previously filled space with trade space. Please discuss with the event manager - details appear on trade form and any displayed vehicle must be of good quality (no rusty vans for sale - they go outside).

NO food or drink businesses will be permitted trade space, nor arts and craft specialists (unless by prior arrangement). Clothing stalls will be limited in number and to VW type/style ONLY.

AUTOJUMBLE - REQUEST A/J BOOKING FORM

The autojumble or swapmeet is for the use of private individuals who wish to sell their own stock. They are also indoors so rain and wind cannot spoil. *** Unload heavy and sealed boxed items at your A/J table / floor space on Saturday afternoon / early evening (entry into halls from 3pm Saturday) and camp over for free in the 'A/J Only' camping area ***

The cost of an autojumble plot is £41. This entitles you to entry in and out of all show halls, marked and designated floor space and the rental of a single, large heavy-duty wooden table placed in situ awaiting your arrival. (It costs £6 to hire a table and £10 to enter the show, so in a sense it's £25 for your auto-jumble stand - and you also get to waive the camp fee of £5 per vehicle if you decide to set-up and camp on Saturday). Traders should not apply for auto-jumble space.

Complete your details online and a form to fill in and return with payment will be sent to you by return email. Please make sure the email address you give is correct. Wrong address and you wont get the form details!
