Parts of the showground grassed area in front of the hall will be turned over to parked club displays of 10 vehicles maximum per club (Type 2 and non-Type 2 participants welcome). These spaces are NOT for national Van or Camper clubs (see later) and are definitely not for trading. We understand that many clubs will want to display their members' vehicles.
Club representatives are asked to complete their club's details below. Outdoor club display areas are offered free of charge. There is also indoor table space for clubs wishing to promote themselves and sell a few club items. Again, we must stress that these are NOT to be used as autojumble / trade / event promotion stands. Each consists of a heavy duty trestle table and two passes into the event. However, all we ask is that you kindly make a £10 donation to the charity auction event on the day from your allocated indoor club table. We can't be fairer than that.
ATTENTION NATIONAL VW CLUBS
Members of the SSVC, T2OC, T25/T3, T4 and T5 national clubs wishing to display their vehicles as part of their national club in front of the main building (tarmac) should contact their club president / representative for advice in the first instance and NOT complete their details below. This is being organised by the national clubs themselves. We aim to have made available a special display area for larger national clubs on the entry route to the main hall.
CLUB CAMPING
Onsite camping is available in a designated area to all pre-registered club displays (10 vehicles maximum). The cost will be £5 per vehicle. Further details about camping appear in the camping section where it's open to ALL VW campers - set-up from 3:30pm Saturday - no pre-booking necessary. So if you're not wanting to display your vehicle in a club, you can still camp over at the showground.
